Allyson, founder of Four Seasons Childcare, started the center with a vision to provide exceptional care and education for children in the Hampstead community and beyond. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Allyson has built a dedicated team of educators committed to creating a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for every child.

As both the owner and director, Allyson is actively involved in the center each day- managing daily operations, connecting with every child, and fostering a strong sense of community. She understands the importance of communication and is always present to support the needs of staff, children, and families alike. Her hands-on leadership ensures that every part of Four Seasons Childcare reflects her passion for excellence and care.

Allyson holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education (K-12) from Rivier University and a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. She has also earned multiple New Hampshire Early Childhood Credentials, including:

• Early Childhood Master Teacher (Level 2) 

• Early Childhood Teacher (Level 6)

• Early Childhood Master Professional- Individual Mentor 

• Early Childhood Administrator (Level 1) 

Allyson lives in Derry, New Hampshire, with her husband Travis, a veteran who currently works in Portsmouth, and their four children. The family also shares their home with two beloved dogs.
